We need volunteers for the roles listed below for our annual spring BBQ to be held on Saturday, April 26th from noon to 5pm. Setup will begin at 11am and cleanup will last from 5-6pm. Will you help us out? This is a chance to give back to our community in service while also spending time socializing, eating together, and enjoying some awesome entertainment.

Roles Available for Volunteering

| Entertainment | Help backstage with entertainment coordination and keeping talent happy and meeting their needs | 5 |

| Kidz Zone | Have fun with the youth in attendance. Activities may include coloring, face-painting, hair-braiding, crafts, etc. Monitoring and managing youth needs are what is important. | 5 |
| Info Booth | Answer questions about Pride Community Center. Inform people about what is going on and upcoming activities and events. Take donations | 6 |
| Hospitality | Visit with participants and community members. Help keep a running count of attendees and encourage participation in our event survey | 3 |
| Cleanup | Take down 30 minutes before event ends up to 1.5 hours after to break down stage, food area, activity areas and help pack up into transport vehicles. Time commitment 430 pm – 6pm | 5 |
