This event honors and publicly recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to the LGBTQIA+ community of the Brazos Valley. General Gala Ticket: $150 for individuals, $250 for couples, ticket includes gala admission, dinner and entertainment. Cash bar available.
VIP Gala Ticket Add-on: $100, ticket includes early entry for the pre-gala reception featuring catered appetizers from Southern Pearl Catering and Events, two complimentary drink tickets, dinner and entertainment. Tickets are limited. Cash bar available.

The gala is the major fundraiser for the center, whose budget is dependent on the success of the event. Proceeds from the 2025 gala will go towards the Pride Community Center Capital Campaign for a physical center. We offer multiple sponsorship levels. FAQs

What is the dress code for the Glitter Ball?

We encourage festive cocktail or semi-formal attire and don’t be afraid to sparkle! Whether you want to wear a suit, a gown, a suits-and-sparkles ensemble or your finest drag/queer glamour, dress in whatever makes you feel celebrated and magnificent.

What is included with my General Admission ticket?

Your General Admission ticket ($150 individual / $250 couple) includes entry to the main event starting at 6:00 p.m., a delicious catered dinner by Southern Pearl Catering and Events, access to our cash bar, auctions and a full evening of drag, music and live entertainment.

What do I get with the VIP Ticket Add-on?

Answer: For an extra $100, the VIP Add-on gives you early access at 5:00 p.m. for our pre-gala reception, catered appetizers, special VIP entertainment from Opal and two complimentary drink tickets VIP tickets are strictly limited!

Are there vegetarian, vegan or allergy-friendly food options?

Answer: Yes! Southern Pearl Catering and Events will provide options accommodating dietary restrictions. If you or a guest have severe food allergies or specific dietary requirements, please make sure to note this when you purchase your ticket so we can ensure you are taken care of.

Where do I park at the venue?

Answer: There is limited parking near the Kimbell, we recommend parking in the garage in Downtown Bryan. However, to ensure a fun and safe night for everyone enjoying the bar, we strongly encourage ridesharing services like Uber or Lyft!

How does the Silent Auction work?

Answer: You will be able to browse and place bids on incredible silent auction items including original artwork, artisan goods, local experiences and gift basketsthroughout the evening right from your smartphone. Each auction item will have a QR code near it for your convenience.

What does my ticket purchase support?

Answer: The Gala is the main annual fundraiser for the Pride Community Center! Proceeds directly support our ongoing Capital Campaign to open a physical community center in the Brazos Valley, as well as the launch of our new direct services initiative to provide immediate aid, resources and care to those in need.

Are tickets refundable or transferable?

Answer: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, as funds directly support our non-profit operations. However, tickets are transferable! If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else just contact us prior to the event so we can ensure we’ve updated the guest list and coordinated any food allergies with catering.
